“Steady” Ed Headrick released the Midnight Flyer, the original disc designed specifically for the sport of Disc Golf, in 1978. The glow properties of the original Midnight Flyer not only opened up the ability to play disc golf at night, but more significantly added substantial weight to the disc making it an immediate player favorite. The added weight gave players the ability to throw much farther distances, and for years the Midnight Flyer held the distance record for disc flight. The original Midnight Flyers were sold in sets of 8 discs and are highly prized collectibles to this day.
DGA introduced a new Midnight Flyer series in 2013, on the 35th anniversary of the original launch. The DGA Squall was selected to be the first in the series, using current flying disc technology as a way to honor the legacy of these legendary discs. To date, five different discs have been released in the new Midnight Flyer series, with the Quake now being #6. Your customers can be a part of disc golf history by making sure the Midnight Flyer Quake is in your stores!

The over stable mid you were looking for.
I have been a Quake fan for a while. I have a Granite Quake that’s been in by bag and is my go 2 straight flyer. This Midnight flyer run is the perfect compliment for it. It’s over stable enough to rip on a forehand and it doesn’t turn and burn. I get less off axis torque with it on forehand compared to the buzzz OS. Very clean release.. I bought it for my glow bag… but it’s staying as my new OS mid. I
